    У статті досліджено питання дистанційного режиму роботи як однієї з істотних умов праці. Визначено її актуальність у трудовому праві, особливо в умовах сьогодення, коли на території України було введено всенаціональний карантин, а роботодавці були змушені шукати нові форми роботи з метою збереження життєдіяльності підприємства. This article explores the issue of remote operation mode as one of the essential conditions. Determined its relevance to labor law, especially in a day when the territory of Ukraine was introduced global international quarantine and employers have been forced to seek new ways of working in order to maintain vital functions of the company. The study revealed the concept and features of the remote work according to the rules applicable legislation.

    Стаття присвячена визначенню структури науки права соціального забезпечення та з’ясуванню відмінності системи науки від системи галузі права соціального забезпечення. На підставі проведеного дослідження зроблено висновок, що первинними елементами структури науки права соціального забезпечення виступають поняття, з яких складаються її концепції, теорії, доктрини. The article is devoted to defining the structure of the social security science and finding out the differences between the science system and the social security law. On the basis of the conducted research, it is concluded that the basic elements of the structure of the science of social security law are concepts, of which their concepts, theories, doctrines are composed.
