Нині законодавче визначення зазначених понять відсутнє, тож на основі аналізу відповідних норм чинного законодавства визначено сутність цих категорій. The article analyses the norms of current legislation and legal doctrine regarding concepts of "public procurement" and "electronic system of public procurement". At the present moment there is no legal definition of these concepts. Therefore, the point of named categories is defined based on analysis of the relevant provisions of current legislation.
