    У дисертації розкрито адміністративно-правовий статус поліцейського офіцера громади. Виявлено й узагальнено, що наукова доктрина визначає поліцейського офіцера громади як прогресивний сучасний інститут правової держави, який кардинально змінює формат взаємодії між правоохоронною системою та суспільством, трансформуючи засадничі підходи до забезпечення правопорядку. Його правовий статус, заснований на принципах прозорості, підзвітності та соціальної обґрунтованості, свідомо контрастує із закритою та бюрократизованою системою традиційних поліцейських структур. Найважливіша місія полягає не лише в реагуванні на правопорушення, а й у системній проактивній роботі з відновлення та зміцнення довіри громадян до поліції як фундаментального елементу суспільної безпеки. Виступаючи посередником між централізованими правоохоронними органами та органами місцевого самоврядування, поліцейський офіцер громади втілює сучасну децентралізовану модель безпеки, орієнтовану на людину. The dissertation reveals the administrative and legal status of a community police officer. It is revealed and generalized that the scientific doctrine defines a community police officer as a progressive modern institution of the rule of law, which radically changes the format of interaction between the law enforcement system and society, transforming the fundamental approaches to ensuring law and order. Its legal status, based on the principles of transparency, accountability and social validity, consciously contrasts with the closed and bureaucratized system of traditional police structures. The most important mission is not only to respond to offenses, but also to systematically proactive work to restore and strengthen citizens' trust in the police as a fundamental element of public security. Acting as an intermediary between centralized law enforcement agencies and local government bodies, a community police officer embodies a modern decentralized model of security, focused on the person.
