Раскрыты новые подходы к задачам и полномочиям Департамента защиты экономики Национальной полиции Украины. Предоставлены предложения относительно приоритетов его деятельности. The author has discovered new approaches to tasks and powers of Departments of Economic Protection of the National Police of Ukraine, and he also provides proposals on the priority of their activities in his article. The Department of Economic Protection of the National Police of Ukraine is a legal entity, endowed with the appropriate powers and the main priorities of the units include: а) combating criminal corruption among officials of the executive branch, officials vested with supervisory, regulatory and licensing authority; b) countering theft of state and local budgets, grants, subsidies; c) protection of state programs and programs running under government guarantees of Ukraine; d) detection and prevention of violations of public procurement, taking measures to prevent them.
