    У статті проаналізовано питання сутності четвертого покоління прав людини. Потреба дослідження суспільних правовідносин супроводжується розвитком медицини, інноваційних технологій та технічним прогресом. Тим самим, це впливає на зміну та розвиток системи прав людини. Внаслідок наукового прогресу, що розпочався у XX ст. і продовжує тривати до сьогодні, перед людиною постало багато нових можливостей, зокрема, трансплантація органів, зміна статі, клонування, штучне запліднення тощо. Внаслідок цих змін та встановленням нових потреб виникли нові права, які відносять до четвертого покоління. The article analyzes the issue of the essence of the fourth generation of human rights. The need to study social legal relations is accompanied by the development of medicine, innovative technologies and technical progress. Thus, it affects the change and development of the human rights system. As a result of scientific progress that began in the 20th century. and continues to this day, many new opportunities have appeared before man, in particular, organ transplantation, sex reassignment, cloning, artificial insemination, etc. As a result of these changes and the establishment of new needs, new rights have arisen that belong to the fourth generation.
