Охарактеризированы лица, совершающие преступления в бюджетной сфере, в криминологическом, криминалистическом и оперативно-розыскном аспектах. The author characterises persons, who commit crimes in the budget sphere through criminological, forensicand operational-investigative features in this article. It is indicated that theanalysis of theoretical positions and empirical materials, the study of basic elements of characteristics of persons who commit crimes in the public sector, has determined that socio-demographic structure of the proportion of females is more than one-third, but it is significantly differentiated depending on the types of crime. The conclusion is made, that the most dangerous period of practical work, during which these persons may commit illegal (criminal) action, is one-three years and five-ten years of service.
