На підставі проведеного дослідження зроблено висновок, що первинними елементами структури науки права соціального забезпечення виступають поняття, з яких складаються її концепції, теорії, доктрини. The article is devoted to defining the structure of the social security science and finding out the differences between the science system and the social security law. On the basis of the conducted research, it is concluded that the basic elements of the structure of the science of social security law are concepts, of which their concepts, theories, doctrines are composed.
