    У статті 191 Цивільного кодексу України підприємство як єдиний майновий комплекс розглядається в якості особливого об’єкту майнових прав, що може бути предметом купівлі-продажу, застави, оренди та інших правочинів. До складу підприємства як єдиного майнового комплексу входять усі види майна, призначені для його діяльності. Civil Code considers the enterprise as a whole property complex as a special object of property rights, which can be the subject of purchase – sale contract, pawn contract, contract of tenancy or other civil law contracts. The enterprise as a whole property complex includes all types of property intended for its activity. In practice the enterprise as a whole property complex is a subject of contracts concluded within the framework of privatization of state or communal property, in connection with the bankruptcy of legal entities and the execution of court decision.
