З метою встановлення та систематизації критеріїв для повернення обвинувального акта прокурору під час підготовчого провадження автором систематизовано судові рішення за період дії Кримінального процесуального кодексу України. The article is devoted to clarifying the right of a court to decide on the return of an indictment if it does not meet the requirements of the CPC of Ukraine. In order to establish and systematize the criteria for the return of the prosecutor’s indictment during the preparatory proceedings, the author systematized court decisions for the period of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
