    У статті розглядаються особливості особи неповнолітньої жертви кримінальних правопорушень. Вказується, що неповнолітні особи є «легкими» жертвами, оскільки для того, щоб вчинити у їх відношенні протиправне діяння немає необхідності заздалегідь його планувати чи підбирати максимально комфортний час – підлітки ще не мають змоги в повній мірі аналізувати ситуацію та чинити ефективний опір кримінальному правопорушнику. Зазначається, що для підлітків будь-який девіантний вплив може мати фатальні наслідки. The article examines the peculiarities of the person of a minor victim of criminal offenses. It is indicated that minors are "easy" victims, because in order to commit an illegal act against them, there is no need to plan it in advance or choose the most convenient time – teenagers are not yet able to fully analyze the situation and effectively resist the criminal offender.
