    У статті на підставі вітчизняних та міжнародних джерел досліджуються питання проведення огляду місця події в умовах надзвичайних правових режимів, які характеризуються наявністю екстраординарних факторів, які впливають на підготовку до слідчої (розшукової) дії, її проведення, фіксування, взаємодії між різними органами та підрозділами. The article, based on domestic and international sources, examines the issues of conducting an inspection of the scene of an accident under emergency legal regimes, characterized by the presence of extraordinary factors that affect the preparation for an investigative (detective) action, its conduct, fixation, and interaction between different bodies and departments.
