Одним із них є визначення сутності достовірності доказів, щодо якої в доктрині кримінального процесу не сформовано однозначного підходу. Актуальність цієї проблематики зумовила постановку як мети статті розкриття на основі аналізу доктринальних підходів і судової практики сутності достовірності доказів як їх процесуальної властивості у кримінальному провадженні. A number of theoretical aspects related to the disclosure of the legal nature of the reliability of evidence are inherently debatable. One of them is the determination of the essence of the reliability of evidence, regarding which the doctrine of the criminal process does not have an unambiguous approach. The relevance of this issue has led to the formulation as the purpose of the article of disclosure on the basis of the analysis of doctrinal approaches and judicial practice of the essence of the reliability of evidence as its procedural property in criminal proceedings.
