    Розкрито поняття телекомунікацій, види телекомунікаційних послуг, проаналізовано законодавче регулювання діяльності операторів і провайдерів телекомунікацій у контексті вирішення завдань кримінального провадження, визначено особливості здійснення тимчасового доступу до речей і документів, які знаходяться в операторів та провайдерів телекомунікацій, а також проведення негласних слідчих (розшукових) дій (ст. 263, 264, 268 КПК України). Тhe concept of telecommunications, types of telecommunications services, the legislative regulation of the activities of operators and telecommunications providers in the context of solving the tasks of criminal proceedings are analyzed, the peculiarities of temporary access to things and documents that are in the possession of telecommunications operators and providers, as well as the conduct of secret investigative (search) actions are determined (Articles 263, 264, 268 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine).
