    У статті висвітлено проблему агресії та агресивності в сучасному світі. Обґрунтовано, що до агресивних дій може призводити загальна соціальна напруженість, індивідуальні, групові та рольові фрустраційні чинники. Зазначені процеси суттєво загострюються під впливом воєнних дій та корупції в Україні, що й зумовлює актуальність дослідження. The problem of aggression and aggressiveness in the modern world is considered. Aggressive actions can be caused by social tension for any reason, individual, group and role frustration factors. All this is exacerbated in the conditions of war and corruption, which is currently taking place in Ukraine.

    Сутність злочину і покарання в класичній німецькій філософії. The Essence of Crime and Punishment in Classical German Philosophy

    У статті розглянуто ідеї І. Канта, І. Г. Фіхте, Ф. В. Й. Шеллінга та Г. В. Ф. Геґеля щодо філософського розуміння злочину і покарання, розмежовано сфери моралі та права, що надає можливість розглядати ці категорії в правовому просторі держави. Філософському підходу притаманні раціональність, рефлексивність, цілісність і критичність, що сприяє усвідомленню сутності людини, поясненню причин її поведінки, зокрема злочинної. Зауважено, що німецькі філософи як ідеалісти одночасно вбачали в ідеалізмі загрозу особистості та покладали надії на державу, яка забезпечить право кожного, передусім право на особисту безпеку, захистить людину від загрози, що йде від іншої людини. Цим зумовлені важливість й актуальність досліджуваної проблеми. The article examines the ideas of I. Kant, I. G. Fichte, F. V. J. Schelling and G. V. F. Hegel regarding the philosophical understanding of crime and punishment, while distinguishing the spheres of morality and law, which makes it possible to consider the specified categories in the legal space of the state. The author’s appeal to this topic was facilitated by the fact that the philosophical approach is characterized by rationality, reflexivity, integrity and criticality, which contributes to understanding the essence of man, explaining the reasons for his behavior, including criminal. It is emphasized that, being idealists, German philosophers at the same time saw idealism as a threat to the individual and pinned their hopes on the state, which would ensure everyone’s rights, including the right to personal security, and protect a person from the threat coming from another person. This determines the importance and relevance of the problem under study.
