    У статті здійснено комплексне теоретико-прикладне дослідження ролі судово-медичних експертиз у механізмі доказування воєнних злочинів в умовах воєнного стану. Висвітлено функціональну трансформацію судово-медичної діяльності під впливом повномасштабної збройної агресії, обґрунтовано її значення як системотворчого елементу кримінального провадження щодо порушень законів і звичаїв війни. This article provides a comprehensive theoretical and practical analysis of the role of forensic medical examinations in the process of proving war crimes under martial law. It reveals the functional transformation of forensic medical activities influenced by full-scale armed aggression and emphasises their importance as a system-forming element of criminal proceedings for violations of the laws and customs of war.

    Статтю присвячено комплексному теоретико-прикладному дослідженню криміналістичного та судово-експертного забезпечення розслідування воєнних злочинів в умовах воєнного стану. На підставі узагальнення сучасних підходів до криміналістичної класифікації злочинів обґрунтовано доцільність типізації окремих видів воєнних злочинів, адже вона має важливе значення для розроблення окремих криміналістичних методик розслідування. The article is devoted to a comprehensive theoretical and applied study of forensic and forensic support for the investigation of war crimes under martial law. Based on the generalization of modern approaches to the forensic classification of crimes, the feasibility of typifying certain types of war crimes is substantiated, as it is of great importance for the development of forensic investigation methods.
