    У статті досліджено правопорушення в сфері економіки як негативне суспільно-правове явищем дійсності, яке формується в умовах ринкової економіки. З’ясовано сутність поняття економічні правопорушення та наголошено, що безпосереднім об’єктом таких протиправних посягань є економічні відносини та відносини управління в цій сфері. The article examines the offense in the field of economy as a negative socio-legal phenomenon of reality, which is formed in the conditions of a market economy. The essence of the concept of economic offenses is clarified and it is emphasized that the direct object of such illegal encroachments are economic relations and management relations in this area.
