Рассмотрены отдельные структурные элементы криминалистической характеристики преступлений, связанных с уничтожением, подделкой или изменением номеров узлов и агрегатов транспортного средства. Тhe article is devoted to actual problems of qualification and especially the qualifying circumstances of pimping or involving of a person into prostitution and justified proposals for their solution. It is established, that the greatest danger to the public for pimping or involving of a person into prostitution are qualified and highly qualified structures of these crimes, including the crime was committed: 1) against several persons; 2) repeatedly; 3) by previous concert by a group of persons; 4) by an official by abuse of official position; 5) the person from whom the victim was in financial or other dependence; 6) against a minor; 7) by an organized group; 8) against a minor; 9) if it has entailed heavy consequences.
