    На філософсько-теоретичному рівні досліджено вплив політичного режиму на діяльність органів поліції. Проаналізовано сутність таких феноменів соціального світу, як політичний режим і поліцейська діяльність. Систематизовано ознаки головних видів політичного режиму – тоталітарного, авторитарного та демократичного. Визначено та схарактеризовано шляхи впливу політичного режиму на діяльність поліції.In the scientific article the political regime effect on the police activities is investigated on philosophical and theoretical level. The content of the concept «political regime» and «policing» is analyzed. The features of the main types of political regimes such as totalitarian, authoritarian and democratic are systematized. On the basis of the results obtained, the ways of effect of the main types of political regime on the police activities are defined and studied. The essential features of each of the ways of political regime effect on the police activities are reflected.
