    У науковій статті розглядаються аграрно-правові аспекти державної політики щодо інноваційного розвитку сільського господарства як необхідної складової частини забезпечення конкурентоспроможності країни в умовах глобалізації та регіоналізації. Підкреслено провідну роль інновацій як каталізатора позитивних зрушень у галузі сільського господарства та виходу його на новий рівень високорозвиненої галузі національної економіки нового типу – «економіки знань та інформації», а також необхідність ефективного правового регулювання та державної підтримки інноваційних процесів в аграрному секторі. Узагальнено наукові погляди щодо правового регулювання аграрних інноваційних відносин у контексті предмета аграрного права, визначено поширення думки про включення даних відносин у предмет аграрного права. The article deals with the agricultural-legal aspects of the state politics about the innovative development of agricultural industry as of the necessary part of provision of country’s competitiveness in the context of globalization and regionalization. The innovations’ main role as of catalyst of positive improvements in the field of the agricultural industry and in such a way a new phase of the highly developed brunch of the national economics of the new type is underlined – “economics of knowledge and information” and also the need of effective legal regulation and government support for the innovative processes in the agricultural sector. The scientific views according the legal enforcement of the agricultural innovative relations in the context of the subject of agricultural law were generalized; the emission of the point of view about the insertion of these relations into the subject of agricultural law was defined.
