    У дисертаційному дослідженні наведено теоретичне узагальнення та нове вирішення наукового завдання, яке полягало у тому, щоб з’ясувати сутність та розкрити особливості адміністративно-правових засад функціонування ринку нафти і нафтопродуктів, на основі чого надати пропозиції та рекомендації спрямовані на вдосконалення адміністративного законодавства, норми якого регулюють суспільні відносини у досліджуваній сфері суспільного життя. The dissertation research presents a theoretical generalisation and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consisted in clarifying the essence and revealing the peculiarities of the administrative and legal foundations of the functioning of the oil and petroleum products market, on the basis of which proposals and recommendations aimed at improving administrative legislation whose norms regulate social relations in the studied sphere of public life.
