    Стаття присвячена формулюванню актуальної наукової думки стосовно сутності та переліку функцій примирення сторін в адміністративному судочинстві України. Автор зазначає, що на сьогоднішній день серед учених та практиків відсутнє узгоджене розуміння функцій відповідного примирення, що є теоретичною та практичною проблемою, котра стоїть на заваді подальшого розвитку інституту примирення сторін в адміністративному судочинстві України. The article focuses on formulating the actual scientific thought about the essence and list of functions of the parties’ reconciliation in the administrative proceedings of Ukraine. The author notes that to date among scholars and practitioners there is no agreed understanding of the functions of appropriate conciliation, which is a theoretical and practical problem that hinders the further development of the institution of conciliation in the administrative proceedings of Ukraine.
