    Стаття присвячена проблематиці розумності строків у кримінальному процесуальному праві. Автором здійснено ґрунтовний і всебічний аналіз основних засад розумності строків у кримінальному процесуальному праві, що дало змогу виокремити їх об’єктивні критерії за адресатом, способом визначення, способом обчислення, визначеності, стадіями процесу та функціональним призначенням. The article is devoted to the problems of reasonable time in criminal procedure law. The author notes that a substantial and comprehensive analysis made it possible to identify such criteria as – by addressee, by the method of determination, by the method of calculation, by the criterion of certainty, by the stages of the process and by the functional purpose.
