    У пропонованій статті автор розглядає актуальне питання сьогодення – справедливість судових рішень. Оскільки Україна прагне стати членом ЄС та НАТО, питання справедливості правосуддя є надзвичайно важливим. Наразі великою загрозою справедливості судочинства є корупція. В Україні доступ громадян до суду є, але проблемою є те, що дуже часто здійснюється лише формальне правосуддя, тобто реалізація принципу справедливості не відбувається. In the given article, the author considers the topical issue of today – the fairness of court decisions. As Ukraine aspires to become a member of the EU and NATO, the issue of justice is extremely important. At present, corruption is a major threat to a fair trial. In Ukraine, citizens have access to court, but the problem is that very often only «formal» justice is administered, i.e. the principle of justice is not implemented.
