    Дисертація присвячена дослідженню процесу імплементації Римського статуту Міжнародного кримінального суду у національне законодавство. Проаналізовано доктринальні джерела і методологію дослідження, поняття, передумови прийняття і правову природу Римського статуту, поняття та форми, способи і моделі, конституційно-правові засади забезпечення його імплементації в Україні, інших пострадянських та європейських країнах. The dissertation is devoted to the research of the process of implementation of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court into the Ukraine's national legislation. Doctrinal sources and research methodology, concepts, preconditions of adoption, legal nature of the Rome Statute, concepts and forms, models and methods of implementation of the Rome Statute, constitutional and legal bases of its implementation in Ukraine, other post-Soviet and European countries were analyzed.
