    Стаття присвячена питанням збереження земель лісогосподарського призначення та лісів України. Підкреслюється, що проблема охорони земель та охорони природи загалом залишається гострою та актуальною протягом уже не одного десятка років. Одним з основних завдань охорони земель є збереження землі як найважливішого компонента довкілля та природного ресурсу. Правові питання щодо збереження земель лісогосподарського призначення на сьогоднішній день є дуже актуальними, особливо в умовах погіршення та зміни якісного стану земельних ресурсів. Як відомо, земля виступає основним засобом виробництва, фундаментальним природним ресурсом, отже, збереження земель є важливим не лише для їхньої охорони, а також для збереження єдиної екологічної системи, невід'ємною частиною якої є всі земельні ресурси на території України. The article is devoted to the issues of conservation of forestry lands and forests of Ukraine. It is emphasized that the problem of land protection and nature protection in general remains acute and relevant for more than a dozen years. One of the main tasks of land protection is the preservation of land as the most important component of the environment and natural resource. Legal issues regarding the preservation of forestry land are very relevant today, especially in conditions of deterioration and changes in the quality of land resources. As you know, land is the main means of production, a fundamental natural resource, therefore, the preservation of lands is important not only for their protection, but also for the preservation of a single ecological system, an integral part of which are all land resources on the territory of Ukraine.

    Стаття присвячена основним питанням та проблемам функціонування системи інформаційного забезпечення землекористування та охорони земель. Розглядається фундаментальна та головна складова частина зазначеної системи – моніторинг земель. Підкреслюється, що моніторинг земель виступає самостійною функцією управління в галузі використання та охорони земель, a також входить до системи заходів у галузі охорони земель, передбачених Законом України «Про охорону земель». Акцентовано увагу, що система управління в галузі використання та охорони земель потребує суттєвого реформування та удосконалення правової бази щодо здійснення управлінської діяльності у зазначеній сфері. The article is devoted to the main issues and problems of functioning of the information system of land use and land protection. The fundamental and main component of this system – land monitoring – is considered. It is emphasized that land monitoring is an independent management function in the field of land use and protection, and is also part of the system of measures in the field of land protection provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Land Protection". It is emphasized that the management system in the field of land use needs significant reform and improvement of the legal framework for management activities in this area.

    Стаття присвячена питанням особливостей правового режиму земель, зайнятих іншими природними ресурсами, в умовах комплексного їх використання. Розглянуті основні наукові погляди щодо розуміння та сутності правового режиму в теорії права. Підкреслюється, що стосовно поняття правового режиму в теорії права існує кілька підходів. Особлива увага приділяється уявленню про правовий режим земель як систему правових норм, яка була предметом обговорення в роботах вчених радянського періоду. The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the legal regime of lands occupied by other natural resources, with their integrated use. The basic scientific views on the understanding and essence of the legal regime in the theory of law are considered. It is emphasized that there are several approaches to the concept of legal regime in the theory of law. Particular attention is paid to the idea of the legal regime of land as a system of legal norms, which was the subject of discussion in the works of scientists of the Soviet period.
