З’ясовано, що «конфіденційне співробітництво» як процесуальний інструмент доказування у кримінальному процесі перебуває на початковому етапі свого розвитку та потребує подальших доктринальних напрацювань з одночасними системними змінами у кримінально-процесуальному законодавстві. The article deals with the question concerning the content of certain legal categories using confidential cooperation by the pre-trial investigation body. “Confidential cooperation” as a procedural tool of proving in the criminal proceeding that is at the initial stage of its development and needs further doctrinal studying with systematic changes into criminal-procedural legislation is investigated.
