Principles of the state policy in the field of free legal aid: theoretical aspect(2020) САХНЮК В.В.; Sakhniuk V.V.У статті проаналізовані основні принципи державної політики у сфері надання безоплатної правової допомоги, такі як принцип верховенства права, законності, доступності безоплатної правової допомоги, забезпечення якості безоплатної правової допомоги, гарантованого державного фінансування. Запропоновано під принципами державної політики у сфері надання безоплатної правової допомоги розглядати фундаментальні положення, що стосуються реалізації та забезпечення права на безоплатну правову допомогу, а саме стосу- ються його доступності, якості, гарантованості державою, та визначають спря- мованість державної політики у сфері правової допомоги. The article analyzes the basic principles of state policy in the field of free legal aid, including the rule of law, legality, availability of free legal aid, quality assurance of free legal aid, guaranteed state funding. It is proposed to consider the fundamental provisions concerning the implementation and provision of the right to free legal aid under the principles of state policy in the field of free legal aid, namely: availability, quality, state guarantee, and those, which determine the direction of state policy in the field of legal aid.
