    У статті розглянуто можливості використання інструментів конкурентної розвідки на торгівельному підприємстві. Визначено, що для цього необхідно створити новий відділ, який буде займатися збором інформації. Рекомендовано використовувати програмне забезпечення IntelliProtector, перелічені його функції та переваги. Розглянуто основні ризики, які можуть бути пов’язані з впровадженням даної ідеї, їх імовірність та важливість для даного заходу. Також, розглянуті етапи впровадження конкурентної розвідки в діяльність торгівельного підприємства. In today's conditions of fierce competition in the international market, the search for methods to reduce overall costs in order to gain a competitive advantage is becoming increasingly important for commercial enterprises. The main direction of improving the strategy is a set of methods for finding the necessary information to make appropriate management decisions. The introduction of methods of competitive intelligence to improve the information security of logistics activities of a commercial enterprise will create another structural element of the enterprise. It is proposed to use the program IntelliProtector, which provides convenience and mobility and security of licensed services.
