    На підставі аналізу наукових джерел, законодавства України, матеріалів судової практики та діяльності органів сектору безпеки та оборони в умовах правового режиму воєнного стану у монографії здійснено комплексне кримінологічне дослідження запобігання корисливо-насильницьким злочинам, що вчиняються іноземцями у складі організованих груп в Україні. Дослідження спрямоване на розв’язання низки теоретико-прикладних проблем, зумовлених зростанням кримінальних загроз у період воєнного стану, міграційних процесів, ускладненням оперативної обстановки та необхідністю забезпечення належного рівня публічної безпеки і порядку. Встановлено, гносеологічні засади таких злочинів, проаналізовано імміграційну ситуацію в Україні в умовах геополітичної нестабільності, а також обґрунтовано місце й значення зазначеного виду злочинності як самостійного об’єкта кримінологічних досліджень. Здійснено комплексну кримінологічну характеристику таких злочинів, з урахуванням їх стану, динаміки та основних тенденцій в умовах воєнного стану. Особливу увагу приділено систематизації детермінант, що впливають на вчинення. Виокремлено кримінологічно значущі ознаки особи іноземця, який вчиняє такі злочини, а також проаналізовано віктимологічні особливості потерпілих. Сформульовано комплекс заходів запобігання, із розмежуванням загальносоціальних, спеціально-кримінологічних та індивідуально-профілактичних напрямів впливу. Також розкрито особливості виявлення зазначених злочинів з урахуванням специфіки воєнного стану та підвищених ризиків латентності. Праця буде корисною для науковців, викладачів, аспірантів та ад’юнктів, курсантів і студентів закладів вищої освіти юридичного профілю, працівників правоохоронних органів, суддів, а також усіх інших фахівців, діяльність яких пов’язана із запобіганням організованій злочинності та забезпеченням публічної безпеки і порядку в умовах воєнного стану. Based on an analysis of scholarly sources, Ukrainian legislation, case-law materials, and the activities of security and defence sector bodies under the legal regime of martial law, the monograph presents a comprehensive criminological study of the prevention of acquisitive and violent crimes committed by foreign nationals as part of organized groups in Ukraine. The study is aimed at addressing a number of theoretical and applied issues arising from the growth of criminal threats during martial law, migration processes, the increasing complexity of the operational environment, and the need to ensure an adequate level of public safety and order. The epistemological foundations of such crimes have been established, the immigration situation in Ukraine under conditions of geopolitical instability has been analysed, and the place and significance of this type of crime as an independent object of criminological research have been substantiated. A comprehensive criminological characterization of such crimes has been provided, taking into account their state, dynamics, and major trends under martial law. Particular attention is paid to the systematization of determinants influencing their commission. Criminologically significant characteristics of foreign nationals who commit such crimes have been identified, and the victimological characteristics of the victims have also been analysed. A set of preventive measures has been formulated, with a distinction drawn between general social, special criminological, and individual preventive measures. The specific features of detecting such crimes have also been examined, taking into account the particular conditions of martial law and the increased risks of latency. The monograph will be useful for researchers, lecturers, postgraduate and adjunct students, cadets and students of higher education institutions specializing in law, law enforcement officers, judges, as well as other professionals whose activities are related to the prevention of organized crime and the maintenance of public safety and order under martial law.
