The textbook «Civil Law: General Part: schemes, tables, explanations» was prepared taking into account the current state of the legislation of Ukraine, the latest amendments to civil legislation, current judicial practice, in particular the legal positions of the Supreme Court, as well as the main doctrinal approaches to understanding the nature and functions of civil law. The publication systematically covers the issues of the subject and method of civil law regulation, principles of civil legislation, sources of civil law, legal status of individuals and legal entities, objects of civil rights, legal transactions, representation, periods and deadlines, statute of limitations, methods of exercising and protecting civil rights and interests.
