The alienability of the subjective civil rights as characteristic that determines their ability for transfer(2020) ПОГРЕБНЯК В.Я.; Pohrebniak V.Ya.Стаття присвячена розгляду відчужуваності як характеристики суб’єктивних цивільних прав, що визначає їх здатність до переходу між учасниками цивільного обороту. Звертаючись до порушеної проблеми, автор зазначає, що термін «відчуження» в контексті суб’єктивних цивільних прав не є розкритим необхідною мірою в положеннях чинного цивільного законодавства України. The article is devoted to consideration alienability of subjective civil rights as characteristic that determines their ability to be transferred between participants of civil legal circulation. Some features of termination of subjective civil rights inextricably linked with a person(2020) ПОГРЕБНЯК В.Я.; Pohrebniak V.Ya.Автор звертається до розгляду актуальної проблеми припинення суб’єктивних цивільних прав, що нерозривно пов’язані з особою їх носія, які також названі в юридичній літературі особистими суб’єктивними цивільними правами. Встановлюється, що такі права не наділені здатністю до переходу між учасниками цивільного обороту, у зв’язку із чим припиняються внаслідок припинення існування їх носія. The author attends to consideration an actual problem of termination of subjective civil rights that inextricably linked with a person to whom they belong that called also in legal literature personal subjective civil rights. It is defined that such rights can’t transfer between participants of civil legal circulation and that’s why terminates due to termination of a person to whom they belong.
