    Статтю присвячено комплексному дослідженню процесуальних аспектів провадження у справах про надання дозволу на примусове виконання рішень третейських судів в Україні. Показано, що інститут третейського розгляду є важливою складовою системи альтернативного вирішення спорів, яка сприяє зменшенню навантаження на державні суди та підвищує ефективність захисту суб’єктивних прав. Оскільки третейські суди не мають власного механізму примусового виконання рішень, процедура звернення до державного суду з метою отримання виконавчого документа стає ключовою гарантією ефективності третейського розгляду. The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the procedural aspects of proceedings in cases of granting permission for the compulsory execution of arbitration court decisions in Ukraine. It is shown that the institution of arbitration is an important component of the alternative dispute resolution system, which helps to reduce the burden on state courts and increases the effectiveness of the protection of subjective rights. Since arbitration courts do not have their own mechanism for the compulsory execution of decisions, the procedure for applying to a state court in order to obtain an executive document becomes a key guarantee of the effectiveness of arbitration proceedings.
