    Дисертацію присвячено комплексному кримінальному процесуальному дослідженню процесуального порядку досудового розслідування корупційних кримінальних правопорушень у сфері службової діяльності. У роботі розкрито теоретико-правові засади такого розслідування, особливості процесуального статусу його учасників, застосування заходів забезпечення кримінального провадження, проведення слідчих (розшукових) і негласних слідчих (розшукових) дій, повідомлення про підозру, завершення досудового розслідування та здійснення міжнародного співробітництва. Особливу увагу приділено проблемам нормативного регулювання та правозастосування, що впливають на ефективність розслідування, допустимість доказів, дотримання розумних строків і забезпечення процесуальних прав учасників кримінального провадження. The dissertation is dedicated to a comprehensive criminal procedural study of the procedure for the pre-trial investigation of corruption-related criminal offenses committed in the course of official duties. The study examines the theoretical and legal foundations of such investigations, the specific procedural status of the participants involved, the application of measures to ensure criminal proceedings, the conduct of investigative (detective) and covert investigative (detective) actions, the notification of suspicion, the conclusion of the pre-trial investigation, and the implementation of international cooperation. Particular attention is paid to issues of regulatory regulation and law enforcement that affect the effectiveness of investigations, the admissibility of evidence, compliance with reasonable timeframes, and the safeguarding of the procedural rights of participants in criminal proceedings.
