    Тема нашого дослідження «Особливості спадкування неприватизованої земельної ділянки в Україні», тому для початку ми ознайомилися з поняттям спадкування. Спадкування – процес переходу прав та обов’язків (спадщини) від фізичної особи, яка померла (спадкодавця), до інших осіб (спадкоємців). Законодавство України чітко прописує, що до складу спадщини входять такі складники як права та обов’язки померлого, але тут важливо зазначити два нюанси: по-перше, ці права та обов’язки мають належати спадкодавцеві на момент коли спадщину буде відкрито; по-друге, дані права та обов’язки не можуть припинитися через смерть спадкодавця. The topic of our study is "Peculiarities of inheritance of non-privatized land in Ukraine", therefore, to begin with, we familiarized ourselves with the concept of inheritance. Inheritance is the process of transfer of rights and obligations (inheritance) from a natural person who died (testator) to other persons (heirs). The legislation of Ukraine clearly prescribes that the inheritance includes such components as the rights and obligations of the deceased, but here it is important to note two nuances: first, these rights and obligations must belong to the testator at the time when the inheritance is opened; secondly, these rights and obligations cannot terminate due to the death of the testator.
