    У статті досліджено характерні риси об’єктивних ознак злочину, передбаченого ст. 263-1 Кримінального кодексу України. На основі аналізу норм статті та законодавства і літератури показані найбільш проблемні ознаки об’єктивних ознак злочину, основні перспективи вдосконалення чинного законодавства щодо кримінальної відповідальності за незаконне виготовлення, переробку чи ремонт вогнепальної зброї або фальсифікацію, незаконне вилучення або зміну її маркування, незаконне виготовлення боєприпасів, вибухові речовини або вибухових пристроїв. The article studies the characteristic features of the objective signs of a crime under Art. 263-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Based on an analysis of the norms of the article and legislation and literature, the most problematic features of the objective signs of a crime are shown, the main prospects for improving the current legislation regarding criminal liability for the illegal manufacture, processing or repair of firearms or falsification, illegal removal or alteration of its marking or illegal manufacture of ammunition are identified. explosives or explosive devices.
