    Досліджуються положення чинного законодавства України в частині визначення змісту понять «правопорушення, пов’язане з корупцією», «корупційне правопорушення», «корупційний злочин». Визначено спільні та відмінні ознаки нормативних визначень цих понять. Наголошено на відповідних розбіжностях щодо законодавчого закріплення схожих за своїм змістом понять. Проаналізовано доктринальні підходи науковців до розуміння змісту понять «правопорушення, пов’язане з корупцією», «корупційне правопорушення», «корупційний злочин», а також особливостей їх розмежування. The provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine regarding the definition of the content of “corruption-related offense”, “corruption offense”, “corruption crime” concepts are being researched. Common and distinctive features of the normative definitions of these concepts are identified. Emphasis is placed on the relevant differences in the legislative consolidation of concepts similar in their content. Doctrinal approaches of scholars to understanding the content of “corruptionrelated offense”, “corruption offense”, “corruption crime” concepts, as well as peculiarities in their delineation were analyzed.
