    У статті здійснено теоретико-аналітичне дослідження феномену морального інтелекту як перспективного конструкта сучасної прикладної психології. Метою публікації є введення категорії морального інтелекту в український психологічний дискурс, орієнтований на сферу безпеки й оборони. У сучасній зарубіжній літературі моральний інтелект трактують як здатність до прийняття рішень, які ґрунтуються на етичних принципах, внутрішніх цінностях і саморефлексії. The article presents a theoretical and analytical study of the phenomenon of moral intelligence as a promising construct in contemporary applied psychology. The purpose of the publication is to introduce the category of moral intelligence into the Ukrainian psychological discourse, with a focus on the security and defense sector. In modern international literature, moral intelligence is interpreted as the ability to make decisions based on ethical principles, internal values, and self-reflection.
