    Статтю присвячено комплексному дослідженню інформаційно-правового забезпечення професійної підготовки персоналу Державної кримінально-виконавчої служби України в умовах інтенсивної цифровізації публічної влади та модернізації механізмів виконання кримінальних покарань. Висвітлено зміст основних функцій інформаційно-правового забезпечення, зокрема нормативнорегламентуючої, інформаційно-координаційної, контрольно-аналітичної, освітньо-пізнавальної та виховної, а також схарактеризовано їхню роль у формуванні професійних компетентностей персоналу. The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the information and legal support of the professional training of the personnel of the State Criminal-Executive Service of Ukraine (SCES) in the context of intensive digitalisation of public administration and the modernisation of mechanisms for the execution of criminal sentences. It elucidates the substance of the principal functions of information and legal support, including regulatory, informational and coordinating, control and analytical, educational and cognitive, and ethical and value-oriented functions, and characterises their role in shaping the professional competences of personnel.
