Зокрема, було здійснено аналіз вітчизняних нормативно-правових актів, де досліджуване право найбільш повно врегульоване, а саме положення Конституції України, Цивільного кодексу України та інших. This article is dedicated to the analysis of the personal non-property rights of individuals on the safe for life and health environment as such, which is inalienable and acquired from the birth of a person. In particular, an analysis of domestic normative legal acts was carried out, where the researched law is most fully regulated, namely, the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, and others.
