    У межах статті досліджено особливості адміністративно-правового механізму забезпечення права на мирні зібрання в Україні, зокрема розкрито розуміння сутності «механізм забезпечення прав і свобод людини», окреслено види реалізації означеної категорії, визначено змістові характеристики терміна «адміністративно-правове забезпечення прав і свобод людини та громадянина», запропоновано комплексну класифікацію складу адміністративно-правового забезпечення права на мирні зібрання. The article reveals the debatable issues of the definition of the category “mechanism of ensuring human rights and freedoms”, characterizes the types of implementation of this сategory. The author elucidates the methodologies for comprehending the concept of administrative and legal mechanisms and ascertaining their structure.

    У межах статті досліджені особливості адміністративно-правового механізму забезпечення права на мирні зібрання в Україні, зокрема завдяки визначенню механізму адміністративно-правового забезпечення прав і свобод людини як самостійної наукової категорії. Проаналізована діяльність органів публічного адміністрування з провадження прав і свобод людини, окреслені нагальні проблеми такої діяльності та сформовані рекомендації щодо її покращання. The article delineates the mechanism of administrative and legal provision of human rights and freedoms as an independent scientific category. This position affords a clear vision concerning all activities of public administration bodies aimed at implementing human rights and freedoms. The author highlights the inadequacy of merely proclaiming humanistic principles pertaining to the observance of human rights and freedoms at all levels of administration. Instead, there is a pressing need for the mandatory practical implementation of these rights and freedoms, which necessitates the establishment of coordinated mechanisms. Without clear and coordinated mechanisms for ensuring the rights and freedoms of individuals, the observance of these rights and freedoms remains merely declarative on paper.
