    У статті проаналізовано інститут адміністративної юстиції як способу судового захисту прав громадян від порушень з боку влади та визначено компетенцію адміністративних судів як суб’єктів, що здійснюють адміністративне судочинство та забезпечують право громадян України на захист шляхом оскарження в суді рішень, дій чи бездіяльності органів державної влади, органів місцевого самоврядування, посадових і службових осіб. The article analyzes the institution of administrative justice as a method of judicial protection of the rights of citizens against violations by the authorities and defines the competence of administrative courts as entities that carry out administrative proceedings and ensure the right of Ukrainian citizens to protection by appealing in court decisions, actions or inaction of state authorities , local self-government bodies, officials and officials.
