    Стаття присвячена дослідженню презумпції невинуватості особи як засади кримінального провадження в Україні. Надається визначення презумпції. Здійснюється аналіз презумпції невинуватості. Доводиться, що правову презумпцію як спростовне припущення необхідно відмежовувати від принципу презумпції невинуватості як керівного, загального правового начала кримінально-процесуальної діяльності. Презумпція невинуватості є одним із фундаментальних демократичних принципів, що характеризує як державу, так і її систему кримінального правосуддя в цілому. The article is devoted to the study of the presumption of innocence of a person as the basis of criminal proceedings in Ukraine. A definition of presumption is given. An analysis of the presumption of innocence is carried out on the basis of a study of the definitions of legal scholars. The presumption of innocence is one of the fundamental democratic principles that characterizes both the state and its criminal justice system as a whole.

Вказано на особливості інформації як об’єкта державної інформаційної політики України, визначено сутність і систему принципів державної інформаційної політики України. Охарактеризовано мету та завдання державної інформаційної політики України. Визначено сутність і систему принципів державної інформаційної політики України. The article reveals the conceptual principles of administrative and legal support of information security in the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine. The peculiarities of information as an object of the state information policy of Ukraine are revealed and the essence and system of principles of the state information policy of Ukraine are determined.
