The article deals with the practical problems of formalizing agreements between the parties on the results of mediation in civil proceedings, the ratio of mediation agreement and settlement agreement, as well as the feasibility of clearly distinguishing between the consequences of settlement agreement and mediation agreement in civil proceedings.
