З огляду на підвищений суспільний інтерес до питання насильства в сім’ї підкреслюється важливість взаємодії прокурора під час здійснення приватного обвинувачення зі сторонами кримінального провадження, а також форми здійснення процесуального керівництва в злочинах цієї категорії. The article examines the problematic issues related to the activities of the prosecutor in criminal proceedings in the form of private prosecution. Given the increased public interest in the issue of domestic violence, the importance of the prosecutor’s interaction in private prosecution with the criminal proceeding parties, as well as the procedural guidance form in crimes of this category is emphasized.
