    Актуальність дослідження становлення інституту amicus curiae в міжнародному та національному праві, зокрема впливу розквіту штучного інтелекту на становлення цього інституту в міжнародному та національному праві важко переоцінити, адже вона зумовлена зростанням зацікавленості в консультативних висновках amicus curiae, поширенням штучного інтелекту та його всебічною доступністю, через що з’являється тенденція користування цим засобом дедалі більшою кількістю правників численних країн світу. Автор торкається тематики передумов появи інституту amicus curiae, його давніх форм і кожного етапу становлення. The relevance of the research on the formation of the institute of amicus curiae in international and national law, in particular, the impact of the rise of artificial intelligence on the formation of this institute in international and national law can hardly be overestimated, since it is due to the growing interest in amicus curiae briefs, the spread of artificial intelligence and its availability, which leads to the tendency of using this tool by an increasing number of lawyers from numerous countries of the world. The author touches upon the prerequisites for the emergence of the institute of amicus curiae, its early forms and each stage of its formation.

    Актуальність дослідження філософсько-правової основи міжнародного права зумовлена викликами, які постали перед сучасним міжнародним правом, турбулентністю та невизначеністю, спровокованими діями одного із суб’єктів міжнародного права, який грубо порушує принципи та норми міжнародного права. Автор розглядає тематику моменту зародження філософсько-правових поглядів на міжнародне право, їхнього розвитку в поглядах і працях Сократа, Епікура, Георга Вільгельма Фрідріха Гегеля, Гуго Гроція, окреслює сучасні напрями філософсько-правової думки, які простежуємо в чинних універсальних міжнародно-правових актах, і перспективи трансформації філософсько-правового фундаменту міжнародного права. У праці надано відповідь на питання щодо ефективності міжнародного права в майбутньому з огляду на сучасні тенденції. Метою дослідження є висвітлення й аналіз філософсько-правової основи науки міжнародного права, виявлення закономірностей і проблем, які постають перед сучасною філософсько-правовою спільнотою, характеристика перспектив розвитку філософської думки міжнародного права. Викладений матеріал становить певну наукову новизну, оскільки тематику філософсько-правового осмислення, попри виняткову важливість сучасного міжнародного права, зрідка досліджують. Практична значущість дослідження полягає в тому, що автор запропонував нове бачення ключової ролі міжнародного права в контексті розвитку людства. The relevance of the research is stipulated by the challenges faced by modern international law, turbulence and uncertainty provoked by the actions of one of subjects of international law which gravely violates the principles and norms of international law. The author touches upon the moment of origin of philosophical and legal views on international law, their development in the views and works of Socrates, Epicurus, Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel, Hugo Grotius, and outlines the current trends in philosophical and legal thought that can be traced in current universal international legal instruments and the prospects for transforming the philosophical and legal foundation of international law. The author provides an answer to the question of the effectiveness of international law in the future, taking into account current tendencies. The purpose of the research is to highlight and analyze the philosophical and legal foundation of the science of international law, to identify the patterns and problems facing the modern philosophical and legal foundation, and to characterize the prospects for the development of the philosophical thought of international law. The material presented herein is of a certain scientific novelty, since the subject of philosophical and legal comprehension of modern international law is rarely studied, despite its exceptional importance. The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that the author has proposed a new vision of the main role of international law in the context of human development.
