    Психологічні детермінанти формування правосвідомості працівника поліції в сучасних умовах. Psychological determinants of the formation of legal awareness of a police officer in modern conditions

    У методичних рекомендаціях проаналізовано наукові дослідження проблеми формування правосвідомості поліцейського. Висвітлено результати емпіричного дослідження психологічних детермінант правосвідомості працівників поліції. Визначено соціокультурні та індивідуально-психологічні особливості, які характеризують поліцейських з різними рівнями сформованості правосвідомості. Обґрунтовано форми і методи формування правосвідомості працівників в системах психологічного забезпечення та освіти поліцейських. Розроблено та запроваджено кейси для проведення занять з поліцейськими. Адаптовано алгоритм схемотехніки тренування за методикою «Ключ». Annotation: The methodical recommendations analyze scientific research on the problem of forming the legal awareness of a police officer. The results of an empirical study of psychological determinants of legal awareness of police officers are highlighted. Socio-cultural and individual-psychological features that characterize policemen with different levels of legal awareness are determined. The forms and methods of forming the legal awareness of employees in the systems of psychological support and education of police officers are substantiated. Case studies for training with police officers have been developed and implemented. The algorithm of the circuit technique of training according to the "Key" method has been adapted.
