    Метою роботи є характеристика сучасного стану наукового розроблення проблеми визначення теоретико-методологічних підходів до дослідження системи адміністративних актів. Досягнення мети цієї статті вимагає застосування сукупності загальних і спеціальних методів наукового пізнання, таких як діалектичний метод, історико-правовий метод, метод порівняльного правознавства, метод моделювання, що дало змогу з’ясувати еволюцію юридичної думки щодо сутності та значення адміністративного акту в сучасних умовах. The aim of the work is to characterize the current state of scientific development of the problem of determining the theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of the system of administrative acts. Achieving the purpose of this article requires the use of a set of general and special methods of scientific knowledge, in particular, the dialectical method, historical and legal method, the method of comparative law, the method of modeling, which allowed to clarify the evolution of legal thought on the essence and meaning of administrative act in modern conditions.
