    В Україні протягом останніх десятиліть терміни «людиноцентризм», «концепція людиноцентризму», «сервісна держава» тощо набули надзвичайної популярності. В статті розглядаються основні підходи до розуміння людиноцентризму в контексті сучасного бачення адміністративного права, а також прослідковується тісний зв’язок між ними та електронним урядуванням. Автором підкреслено, що в незалежній Україні, людиноцентризм в сучасному розумінні бере свій початок від прийняття Конституції України, а також знаходить своє безпосереднє втілення в Концепції адміністративної реформи України 1998 року. During the last decades, in Ukraine, the terms “human – centeredness”, “concept of human – centeredness”, “service state”, etc. have gained high popularity. The article discusses the main approaches of understanding human – centeredness in the context of modern view of administrative law, and also traces the close connection between them and e-government. The author emphasizes that in independent Ukraine, human – centeredness in the modern sense originates from the adoption of the Constitution of Ukraine, and was also directly embodied in the Concept of Administrative Reform of Ukraine in 1998.
