У відповідному контекст встановлено стан наукової розробки проблеми забезпечення військовослужбовців та членів їх сімей жилими приміщеннями за житловим законодавством України, окреслено методологію проведення дослідження, простежено еволюцію правового регулювання інституту забезпечення військовослужбовців та членів їх сімей жилими приміщеннями нормами житлового законодавства України. The dissertation is a complex scientific study of providing servicemen and their families with living quarters in accordance with the housing legislation of Ukraine. The theoretical and legal and methodological foundations of the study of providing military personnel and their families with living quarters according to the housing legislation of Ukraine have been determined. In the relevant context, the state of scientific development of the problem of providing servicemen and their families with living quarters in accordance with the housing legislation of Ukraine is established, the methodology of the research is outlined, the evolution of legal regulation of the institute of providing servicemen and their families with living quarters by the norms of the housing legislation of Ukraine is traced.
