    У статті здійснено аналіз інституційної складової адміністративно-право- вого механізму забезпечення соціальної політики. Визначено, що він включає в себе поєднання організаційно-управлінських, нормативно-правових, фінансово-економічних, інформаційно-аналітичних складових. З’ясовано сутність та особливості організаційно-управлінської складової. Визначено, що однією із складових організаційно-управлінського елементу механізму адміністративно-правового забезпечення державної соціальної політики є інституційна складова. The article analyzes the institutional component of the administrative and legal mechanism of social policy. It is determined that it includes a combination of organizational and managerial, regulatory, financial and economic, information and analytical components. The essence and features of the organizational and managerial component are clarified. It is determined that one of the components of the organizational and managerial element of the mechanism of administrative and legal support of the state social policy is the institutional component. It is stated that the institutional component of the mechanism of administrative and legal support of social policy can be classified vertically and horizontally. According to the nature and place they occupy in the social structure, they are divided into three groups: social; institutional; functional.
